| Lucky Bucker$ Game: $9.99 / Season |
| The PBR Fantasy "Lucky Bucker$" Game will
consist of three Segments during the 2007 Season. Segment 1 will contain
the first 10 events, Segment 2 will be based on the second 10 events and
Segment 3 will incorporate the remaining 9 events. A Grand Prize will
be awarded to the player with the highest total score in each segment.
Scores will be awarded on the following basis:
For each entry, the player selects 5 riders and 5 bulls for the upcoming
event from all active PBR riders and bulls. That's where strategy and
especially knowledge of the sport plays into the game. Players that want
to win will need to know who is going to compete at the event, both bulls
and riders. Alternatively, players can just pick their favorite 5 riders
and bulls, and see who scores the most. The total of all scores on a player's
5 riders and bulls will be that player's score for the event. Each player
will also pick the following tiebreakers for each event:
- The Short-Go Top Qualifier?
- The Event Winner?
- The number of Scored Rides in the Short-Go.

| Bull Scoring: |
The player receives the bull’s score
if the bull is drawn and bucks in the round and the rider does not take
a re-ride on another bull.

Signed Rider Gloves, Hats, T-shirts and other
items will be awarded to the Top Score at each individual event. Players
will be required to select a Short-Go Top Qualifier, an Event Winner and
estimate the Number of Successful Rides in the Short-Go, to serve as tiebreakers
for the weekly prizes.

| PBR Fantasy Cup Series and Additional
Tour Groups |
All Player Entries will compete in the PBR Fantasy
Cup Series for each event. The more Avid Fantasy Players can also make entries
into additional PBR Tour Groups, which they create. PBR Fantasy will host
two types of additional PBR Tour Groups, Public and Private. As the name
implies, anyone can join a Public PBR Tour Group. Private PBR Tour Groups
are created and controlled by assigning Tour Group passwords. Membership
in Private Tour Groups will be by invitation from the Tour Group creator
only. PBR Fantasy will host up to 5 additional Tour Groups for Event Challenge
(free) players, while Paid Fantasy Players can create an unlimited number
of Tour Groups. Details on how to register and create your own Tour Groups
can be found at www.pbrfantasy.com/tours

can play for fun, but still have a chance to win prizes like T-Shirts, DVDs,

correctly picked 2 out of 4, thus receiving a score of 2. |
| The PBR Cup Series Event Prize will be
awarded to the Event Challenge player that gets all the picks correct,
and if there are ties, wins the tiebreaker. Each Event Challenge Player's
Event scores will accumulate and an Event Challenge Grand Prize will be
awarded at the end of the 2007 PBR season.

Prizes for all PBR Fantasy Games
|
ELIGIBILITY: In order to participate in the PBR Fantasy Service you must be a Registered User thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of registration for the PBR Fantasy Service.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PRIZES: PBR offers prizes in connection with the Contests offered through PBR Fantasy. To be eligible for a prize in PBR Fantasy’s Contests, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the District of Columbia or the fifty United States. Residents of Arizona, Florida, Maryland, Vermont, Montana, Louisiana, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Tennessee are not eligible to receive prizes. In addition, the following groups of persons are not eligible to win prizes in any PBR Fantasy Contest: employees and agents of Professional Bull Riders, Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contests, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household as any of the above, whether related or not. Ineligible users are nevertheless welcome to play in either Contest. Should an ineligible user win his/her fantasy league, the prize will be awarded to the first eligible runner-up in that league. The Contests are void where prohibited.
